ABB is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator in Singleton, NSW, to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and shipments. This full-time, onsite role requires experience in logistics and inventory systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and inventory control processes.
Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Maintain warehouse documentation, transport records, and system transactions.
Collaborate with suppliers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency, safety, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and promote a safety culture.

Krav

Experience working within warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain environments.
Demonstrated experience in a Warehouse Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Storesperson, or similar role.
Sound knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and maintain attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable communicating in English, both written and verbal.

Önskade kvalifikationer

A current forklift licence is highly regarded.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
A Certificate III in Warehousing Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent experience is desirable.
