Tetra Pak is looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain Intern to join their 2027 Internship Program in Panama City, Panama. This role involves supporting invoice management, compliance control, and document handling, providing valuable hands-on experience in a global organization dedicated to food safety and sustainability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support for invoice management.
  • Maintain a regular, reliable and constant work system to receive and deliver all documents.
  • Make documents available everywhere in time for multiple Tetra Pak companies and Customer Service and Finance.
  • Perform compliance control (import, VAT (Value Added Tax), three-way counterparty).
  • Validate the account statement on a weekly and biweekly basis.
  • Perform a monthly extraction of Swiss import documents.

Krav

  • Bachelor Studies in progress: Logistics and Supply Chain, International Relations or related areas.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
  • English Advanced - can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Availability for internship: January 18 to June 14, 2027.
  • Graduation expected: July 2027 or afterwards.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Power BI, SAP is a plus.
  • Profile that has attention to detail, solid analytical thinking and organized thinking.
