As a Logistic Operations Team Leader at IKEA in Hognoul, Belgium, you will be responsible for leading a team to optimize the last mile of IKEA's supply chain. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of specialists to ensure a high-performing organization in the market service fulfillment network.
  • Manage daily operations for services connected to internal and external service partners.
  • Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee short and mid-term capacities and cost development.
  • Manage lead-time development and sustainability initiatives.
  • Report to the Service Fulfillment Operations Manager.

Krav

  • University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
  • 2-4 years of working experience with different stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven analytical and numerical skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and IKEA applications.
  • Knowledge and experience of meeting, influencing, and interacting with various business partners.
  • Fluent level in English.
