Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate outbound shipments and support daily logistics operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation for export and domestic shipments.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
- Generate shipping documentation through internal systems and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare customs documentation and support clearance processes.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders and customers.
- Process freight invoices and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Support investigation and resolution of shipment-related issues.
- Maintain logistics data and documentation within company systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage logistics operations effectively.
- Understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of international trade or export/import processes.

- Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations.
- Familiarity with logistics systems or platforms (e.g., shipment tracking, documentation tools).
