ABB is seeking a Local Division Manager for MOSE Japan to implement service strategy and drive growth. This hybrid role involves P&L responsibility, optimizing service resources, and improving service productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in a global environment, expertise in service, sales, and marketing, strong finance knowledge, proven team management skills, and fluency in both Japanese and English.
Ansvarsområden
- Implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level.
- Lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets.
- Optimize the utilization of Service resources.
- Run the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
- Create and drive implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
- Ensure strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
- Drive, implement, report, and monitor performance targets (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
- Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and developing new ones.
Krav
- Recent experience working in a global foreign-affiliated environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise across Service, Sales, and/or Marketing functions.
- Solid foundational knowledge of Finance, especially P&L (Profit and Loss) management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of approximately 20 members.
- Fluent Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Fluent Business-level English proficiency.
