ABB is seeking an experienced Local Division Manager to lead Electrification Services (ELSE) operations in UAE and Oman. This strategic role involves overseeing country operations, driving profitable business growth, and implementing global strategies locally, while managing P&L accountability and ensuring service excellence.
Ansvarsområden
- Implement global strategy in the local market and provide input to regional strategy.
- Develop and execute business growth plans for domestic and allocated markets.
- Own complete P&L accountability for ELSE operations.
- Drive profitable growth and establish performance targets.
- Build and implement service strategies and ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Monitor quality metrics and oversee quality enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Evaluate market opportunities and drive customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead a multi-level organization ensuring proper structure, staffing, and skill development.
- Guide, motivate, and develop talent to create high-performing teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Implement process improvements and develop new service offerings.
- Ensure HSE compliance and sustainability standards.
- Oversee execution of key projects ensuring alignment with schedule, quality, and financial targets.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent advanced business qualification
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in service management, operations, or business leadership
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving profitable growth
- Proven track record in leading multi-level organizations with both direct and indirect reports
- Solid understanding of operational excellence, quality management, HSE, and continuous improvement
