ABB is seeking a Local Division Controller to act as a business partner to the business manager and lead local finance teams to optimize financial performance. This hybrid role, based in Seoul, South Korea, requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in financial controlling and reporting.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division / business area.
  • Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives.
  • Recommend the most appropriate business solutions.
  • Drive the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process.
  • Lead, provide guidance, and facilitate best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant internal local and global customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency.
  • Secure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, and business partnering, preferably with multinational company.
  • Strong experience in business planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) and native-level in Korean fluency.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CPA/CA qualification would be an advantage.
