Ericsson is seeking a Line Manager for their Silicon Network IP Development section in Lund, Sweden. This role involves leading and developing individuals and teams, defining strategies aligned with business priorities, and fostering innovation and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in R&D and a strong understanding of product development processes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive competence development and long-term workforce planning.
  • Build an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Enable development and delivery of silicon networking solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to define and evolve future solutions.
  • Ensure teams understand and follow established development processes, engineering practices, and quality standards.
  • Support development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Enable strong collaboration across development sites, organizations, and technology domains.
  • Work closely with peer line managers to support staffing, competence development, and successful execution.
  • Be accountable for workforce planning, budget management, and capability investments.
  • Contribute to technology strategy, capability planning, and future evolution across Silicon development.

Krav

  • Proven leadership experience with a genuine passion for developing people, teams, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience from R&D organizations.
  • Experience in networking, Ethernet, digital hardware, ASIC, FPGA, SoC, or related technologies is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, engineering excellence, and agile ways of working.
  • Experience in workforce planning, competence development, and resource management.
  • Experience managing budgets, balancing business priorities, and driving organizational performance.
  • A strategic mindset combined with the ability to drive execution and deliver results in a complex environment.
  • An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change and transformation.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in networking, Ethernet, digital hardware, ASIC, FPGA, SoC, or related technologies is considered a strong advantage.
