As a Lending Services Specialist in Vilnius, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of SEB's financial services by following established processes and meeting service targets. Ansvarsområden

Carrying out assigned tasks to ensure that the daily operations of the bank's financial services run smoothly and in accordance with both internal procedures and external regulations
Answering requests / questions from internal colleagues, customers and other stakeholders related to the daily business
Ensuring that we don’t miss out on opportunities to grow and innovate our service delivery
Updating work instructions
Sharing expertise to support a learning culture
Driving continuous improvements
Actively contributing to projects
Effective communication with customers and partners
Applying rules to unique situations
Maintaining strong knowledge of products, processes, and IT systems

Krav

A self-driven, positive, and open-minded attitude
Strong motivation to develop within a corporate environment
A growth mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges
Good time management skills and a responsible approach to tasks
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
An interest in Intelligence Automation is a plus: Data analysis and AI knowledge
