We are seeking a Legal Specialist for our Bogotá office to provide legal and commercial support across Hispanic America. The role involves coordinating contract reviews, identifying risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and GDPR, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ansvarsområden

Review, coordinate, and support the negotiation of commercial contracts.
Identify and assess potential legal, commercial, and compliance risks.
Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance requirements (export control, GDPR).
Review and map existing commercial contracts and purchase orders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
Develop and implement improvements to legal procedures and templates.
Provide guidance and training on contractual matters and corporate policies.
Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to legal risk management.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal, contractual, or commercial compliance.
Previous experience in a multinational environment.
Understanding of commercial contracts, contractual risk management, and corporate compliance.
Intermediate level of English.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a continuous improvement approach.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of export control regulations and data protection requirements is an advantage.
