Electrolux Group seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for Southeast Asia & India in Bangkok, Thailand. This role provides legal support for commercial and operational activities, focusing on compliance and governance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in law, 7+ years of experience, and strong business acumen.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a trusted legal advisor to commercial and operational teams in Southeast Asia and India.
  • Support sub-regional strategy from a legal and compliance perspective.
  • Manage assigned legal matters relating to commercial activities, including sales and contracts.
  • Provide legally sound support for manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and supply-chain related matters.
  • Oversee legal compliance and implement Group and APAC compliance frameworks.
  • Support the creation and implementation of data privacy policies.
  • Ensure all legal matters align with Group Legal governance, policies, and guidelines.
  • Escalate material legal risks and sensitive matters to the General Counsel, APAC.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in law; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in legal compliances, governance, and acting as a business partner with legal firms and multinational corporations.
  • Regional working scope with experience in both commercial and manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Strong English communication ability (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
