Emerson is looking for a Learning and Development Intern to support training improvement initiatives, develop training materials, and gather feedback for revisions. This on-site role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual pursuing a Bachelor's degree and legally authorized to work in the US.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead and support training improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing new training activities.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and completion by tracking milestones and preparing status reports.
- Develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals, quick-reference guides, presentations, and interactive online resources.
- Maintain and organize existing training content by auditing materials for accuracy and relevance, and updating outdated information.
- Gather feedback and revise training content by working closely with new hires, trainers, and subject matter experts.
Krav
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Önskade kvalifikationer
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in business or business administration
