Electrolux is seeking a Lead SRE Engineer in Bangalore to drive improvements in their Cloud Native organization. This role involves working with product teams, ensuring scalability, performance, and security, and mentoring engineers in a multicultural environment.

Ansvarsområden

Lead teams through complex SRE projects.
Mentor engineers and stay ahead of industry trends.
Navigate the tech stack from an SRE perspective, including observability frameworks (Datadog, Azure Monitor), enterprise SaaS/PaaS systems, and performance testing tools.
Balance engineering, strategic, and collaborative work.
Make and articulate hard decisions, driving them to completion.
Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on design solutions.
Ensure technical components align with business needs.
Define SLOs and SLIs, oversee Error Budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
Mandate everything-as-code principles.

Krav

Deep understanding of SRE principles and practices with real-world implementation experience.
Proven experience navigating a tech stack from an SRE perspective (observability, SaaS/PaaS, performance testing).
Expertise in Cloud Native patterns and methodologies, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
10+ years of work experience with production, scalable distributed system landscapes.
Extensive experience with Cloud Computing (Azure preferred).
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Computer Science/Software Engineering related degree.
Experience with SAP systems.
Strong understanding of Datadog RUM.
