Autoliv is seeking a Lead Specialist, HR Digitalization to manage and design HR application systems, lead digitalization projects, and ensure the operational continuity of critical HR systems. The role involves translating business needs into digital plans, contributing to IT architecture, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and coordinate HR digitalization initiatives.
  • Assess HR processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Manage implementation, enhancement, and integration of HR systems.
  • Partner with HR process owners, IT, and vendors.
  • Drive change management, communication, and user adoption.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for HR systems.
  • Use HR data, reporting, and analytics for insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coach colleagues in digital ways of working and build digital capabilities.

Krav

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR technology, HR process improvement, digital transformation, HRIS implementation, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing digital solutions in a complex, international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (core HR, talent management, payroll, time management, learning, or employee experience platforms).
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow automation, systems integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge of HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
