Autoliv is seeking a Lead Specialist - Data Strategy and Process Intelligence for its Global Tax Team to support technology transformation and data analytics initiatives. This role involves bridging tax, data, analytics, and technology to enable data-driven decision-making and improve tax processes globally.

Ansvarsområden

Partner with Global Tax Teams to build business cases, define requirements, and assess system capabilities for tax analytics and technology initiatives.
Lead analytics and technology transformation by assessing current tax processes, designing future-state solutions, and supporting the implementation of analytics, automation, and reporting.
Drive tax process excellence by developing expertise in areas like tax provision reporting, compliance, risk management, and audits.
Enable data-driven decision-making by designing dashboards and KPIs, improving operational visibility, and evaluating technology solutions across various tax domains.

Krav

Strong understanding of global tax processes including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing, Tax Compliance, Tax Risk Management, Tax Audits, and US GAAP Tax Reporting.
Experience working within multinational tax environments.
Ability to translate business and tax requirements into analytics or technology solutions.
Experience with tax technology platforms such as Corptax, Vertex, or similar.
Understanding of ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in Power BI, Dashboard Development, Data Visualization, and SharePoint Reporting.
Experience working with finance and tax datasets.
Proven experience managing projects from assessment through implementation.
Ability to collaborate across global teams and multiple time zones.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience leading transformation, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written business English communication skills.
Experience with Alteryx, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure.
Experience with tax platforms like OneSource, Avalara.
Experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards, QAD.
Experience with finance platforms such as OneStream, Coupa, BlackLine, Concur.
3 to 7 years of Direct Tax or Indirect Tax preparation experience.
