ASSA ABLOY Pemko is seeking Lead Production Workers for their Memphis, TN facility, responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in shipping, packaging, assembly, and drill operations. This entry-level position requires strong communication, organizational skills, computer literacy including ERP systems, and a commitment to safety procedures.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift
  • Enforce all safety and processing procedures
  • Effectively communicate between supervisors, management and operators
  • Train new employees and coach existing employees
  • Carry out directives regarding work to be completed in a timely manner
  • Promptly report any problem(s) related to material damage or shortages to Department Supervisor
  • Responsible for keeping both immediate and overall department work areas clean and organized.

  • Computer Literacy - ERP System, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Support and comply with Safety Programs
  • Use of Personal Protective Gear
  • Reporting injuries
  • Wearing proper clothing and shoes
  • Working in a safe manner
  • High consciousness for equipment safety
  • May be required to use various personal protective equipment (PPE) including ear plugs, respirators, gloves, safety glasses, etc.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, turning, and climbing.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods.
  • Work in various positions such as walking, standing, or sitting for prolonged durations.
  • Exposure to indoor factory conditions and outdoor environments with varying temperatures.
  • Job will require frequent physical activities such as climbing scaffolding/ladders, working at heights, confined space entry, standing or walking for extended durations, and lifting to 50lbs routinely
