Ansvarsområden

Ensuring implementation, maintenance, and compliance of sourcing, purchasing, and logistics activities.
Executing assigned activities according to ABB standard procedures.
Participating in training programs for compliance and professional development.
Developing a supplier base for the external workbench (EWB) model, primarily local panel builders and suppliers.
Executing purchasing activities, optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.
Resolving cost, quality, and delivery issues.
Collecting, tracking, and reporting procurement and supplier performance KPIs.
Implementing related improvement actions following ABB standards.
Coordinating with global and Bulgarian sourcing teams.
Applying ABB procurement standards, tools, and processes.

Krav

8+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, ideally in industrial manufacturing.
Hands-on, proven experience with SAP in sourcing or purchasing processes.
Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in supplier development.
Experience working with local suppliers or subcontractors, ideally electrical panel builders or contract manufacturers.
Analytical, proactive, and independent.
Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPIs.
Effective communication skills across teams, sites, and countries.
Readiness for frequent business travel.
Valid category B driving license.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience at ABB is an advantage.
Experience in managing a small or medium-sized team is an advantage.
