Alstom is seeking a full-time Lead PI Engineer in Ghaziabad, India. This on-site role involves ensuring the successful introduction of Alstom's products, supporting technical activities, and resolving technical challenges during product introduction, commissioning, and warranty phases. The ideal candidate will have a graduate engineering degree, 7-12 years of experience, and knowledge of railway safety and RAM principles.
Ansvarsområden
- Support technical activities on Alstom products during Product Introduction, Commissioning, and Warranty phases.
- Diagnose failures and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Define troubleshooting methodologies and provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Drive issue resolution through 8D methodology and collaborate with internal and external suppliers.
- Ensure completeness and quality of failure/event data for reliability analysis.
- Support technical reviews and implementation of field modifications.
Krav
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Industrial fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7 years to 12 years of experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
- Understanding of railway safety and RAM principles.
- Knowledge of EHS requirements and practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with product configuration control and quality/audit processes.
