Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Logistics Analyst for the USMC Force-on-Force Training Systems-Next program at Camp Pendleton, CA. This role involves managing logistics, supply chain, inventory control, and site operations for the Marine Corps Training Instrumentation System (MCTIS), requiring significant experience and leadership.

Ansvarsområden

  • Report to Site Lead on operational support for MCTIS and training activities.
  • Provide input to and manage the site budget (cost, investments, staffing).
  • Conduct logistical planning and support for all MCTIS exercise activities.
  • Manage site OSHA-related and Health & Safety activities.
  • Report operational status in accordance with quality procedures.
  • Ensure MCTIS training systems are maintained and configuration is kept as specified.
  • Lead Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities.
  • Handle purchasing and shipments related to the CROW.
  • Maintain serviceability and resupply of team vehicles.
  • Ensure spare stock holdings meet defined targets.
  • Ensure adequate processes and business management guidelines are in place.
  • Report system effectiveness, efficiency, and improvement opportunities.
  • Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Site Work Instructions (WI/SOPs) are up to date.
  • Direct efforts on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation.
  • Drive adoption of new design and development approaches.
  • Exercise judgment and provide guidance in selecting methods and techniques.
  • Assist in educating site personnel on security matters, suggest actions, and report incidents.
  • Ensure locking devices, doors, and fencing are effective and report defects.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline with 15+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 13+ years of experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of USMC Combined Arms Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
  • Experience leading teams of 50+ personnel (10+ years preferred).
  • Experience with financial management.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (temperatures exceeding 90°F or below 30°F).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Currently hold, or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to travel for up to 14 days for training support.
