Ansvarsområden

Provide safe, cost-effective global transportation services across all service modes.
Manage and continuously improve transportation providers to reduce costs and improve service.
Conduct monthly carrier performance analysis and review.
Assist in carrier sourcing, selection, and execution planning.
Develop and/or support cost savings initiatives in conjunction with logistics operations.
Act as a liaison between carriers and operations for issue resolution.
Create and implement processes.
Review international documentation as needed.
Support full scope of carrier implementations for TMS.
Resolve global transportation issues with carriers and brokers.
Align with regional/global teams on improvement initiatives.
Manage freight invoice audit and invoice dispute resolution.

Krav

5-7 years of experience in a Global Supply Chain Environment with a strong focus on transportation.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a business or supply chain discipline.
Advanced English Proficiency (CEFR C1/ Completed EF level 12).
Ability to travel regionally if required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with cross cultural workgroups.
Experience in management change.
Experience in coaching and training in the subject matter.
Strong subject matter expertise in Order to delivery process.
Strong subject matter expertise in Global Import/Export processes.
Strong subject matter expertise in Supply Chain data analytics.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in Blue Yonder TMS/WMS and SAP preferred.
