Emerson is looking for a VOS Engineering Team Lead in Pune, India, to lead the ETO team and ensure high-quality design deliverables. The role involves project planning, risk management, and team mentoring, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in CAD, PLM, and ERP tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the ETO team for Emerson's ETO India business.
  • Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, specifications, and detailed design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sales, project managers, and operations to understand project schedule and scope requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality design in accordance with the Quality system.
  • Prepare technical drawings and bill of materials.
  • Create a project timeline, identify risks, and take appropriate action.
  • Drive the team to create wiring, schematic, and general arrangement drawings.
  • Review manufacturing designs and the bill of materials.
  • Drive the team to meet KPIs like RDSL and Quality.
  • Prepare and review project metrics weekly/monthly.
  • Investigate and resolve operational problems from an engineering perspective.
  • Develop/Create standards in line with engineering processes and procedures.
  • Create work instructions for engineering best practices.
  • Define and review team goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in CAD, PLM, ERP tool.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage job flow, prioritize, and complete work on time.
  • Proficiency in using CAD tools to create drawings and maintain Drawing Database.
  • Good Engineering knowledge required to apply concepts in Valve operating system Engineering.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to drive change and effectively handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in planning, delegating, and mentoring a team.
  • Identifying & planning upskilling of team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Solid Edge, Teamcenter or any other equivalent CAD/PLM Tools.
  • Experience in working any ERP Tool, Oracle preferred.
