We are seeking a Lead Developer with a hands-on approach to build and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern Java and cloud-native technologies. This role focuses on coding, implementation, and problem-solving in complex, large-scale environments, collaborating closely with architects and solution designers.

Ansvarsområden

Develop, test, and maintain software components using Java (8/11+) and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate microservices using REST, JSON/XML, and Kafka.
Work extensively with PostgreSQL, including SQL optimization and performance tuning.
Contribute to high volume data processing with a strong focus on efficiency and stability.
Debug complex issues across application, database, and integration layers.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud based environments.
Support testing, validation, and execution activities in delivery projects.
Produce and maintain technical documentation related to implemented functionality.
Collaborate within Agile and DevOps teams, contributing to sprint delivery and quality goals.
Support and guide less experienced developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Krav

8+ years of experience as a hands-on software developer.
Strong practical experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL tuning, Kafka.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and large volume data processing.
Experience in Agile/DevOps ways of working.
Tools: Git, Jira, Confluence.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a delivery focused mindset.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Good to have experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon Kiro.
Groovy experience is a plus.
Scripting skills (Python or shell) are a plus.
