We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst - SAP SD/CS Functional with 6-8 years of experience in SAP ECC. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD and CS modules, supporting business operations, and delivering enhancements for Order-to-Cash and Customer Service processes. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
Ansvarsområden
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Customer Master, Material Master, Sales Order Processing, Pricing & Condition Techniques, Deliveries and Shipping, Billing and Invoicing, Returns Management, and Credit Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective solutions.
- Configure and support Customer Service processes including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, and Installed Base Management.
- Support service lifecycle management and after-sales service processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices, facilitating workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
- Perform SAP ECC configuration and customization activities.
- Create Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments.
- Work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Review technical designs and validate delivered solutions.
Krav
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC.
- Experience with SAP ECC SD module.
- Experience with SAP ECC CS module.
- Proficiency in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience with Pricing Procedures.
- Experience with Credit Management.
- Experience with Shipping & Billing.
- Experience with Service Orders & Notifications.
- Experience with Equipment & Warranty Management.
- Experience creating Functional Specifications (RICEFW).
- Experience with IDocs & Interfaces.
- Experience with Testing & Change Management.
