We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Compensation Lead / Total Rewards Consultant in Bengaluru, India. This role requires a functional SME with at least 7 years of experience and ownership of at least 4 full annual global merit cycles, from design through payroll handover.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead consultant for SuccessFactors Compensation and Total Rewards.
  • Own global merit cycles end-to-end, including design, configuration, testing, go-live, publishing, and payroll handover.
  • Experience with multi-country and multi-currency compensation programs.

Krav

  • 7+ years in SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • Ownership of at least 4 full annual global merit cycles.
  • Functional SME experience from design → configuration → testing → go-live → publishing → payroll handover.
  • Multi-country and multi-currency compensation program experience.
  • Strong Compensation Module Expertise: Compensation templates, Worksheets, Eligibility rules, Pay matrices, Budget rules, Guidelines, Route maps, Compensation statements, Executive review, Bulk print.
  • Strong Employee Central knowledge: Foundation Objects, Job Information, Compensation Information, Pay Components, Position Management, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Data Models.
  • Understanding of Total Rewards domain: Merit increases, Compensation cycles, Compa-ratio, Salary ranges, Pay-for-performance matrices, Bonus planning, Promotion increases, Off-cycle increases, Budget management, Pay equity adjustments.
