I korthet

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, enhance, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, requiring strong functional expertise in HR processes and technical skills in integrations, reports, and data migration. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring modules, developing reports and integrations using tools like HDL, BI Publisher, and OIC, and supporting end-to-end project lifecycles.

Ansvarsområden

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
  • Configure approval workflows, security roles, and business processes.
  • Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization activities.
  • Provide functional documentation, process flows, and user training.
  • Develop and support HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports and Dashboards.
  • Develop and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
  • Design inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems such as Payroll, AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and Benefits platforms.
  • Troubleshoot integration, reporting, and security issues.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and impact assessments.

Krav

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation, support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Requirement gathering and workshop facilitation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

  • Experience working with global HR processes and multiple geographies preferred.
