What you will do
At the Agile Chapter you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
As an Agile Coach, you will partner with IT and business leaders, leading and championing the agile transformation journey. Your will foster a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement, promoting coaching and feedback as tools for teams and leaders. In addition, you will serve as a leader for standards, methods, tools, and success metrics. Collaboration at all levels is crucial, supporting a mindset shift and providing hands-on support across the teams and organization. Working with change management and understanding the impact of agile practices on individuals and organizations is vital for success.
You will also contribute to the global Volvo Group network of Agile coaches, facilitating the growth of the agile community.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies across diverse work cultures and environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of driving change across teams and leadership through effective relationship building.
• Proficiency in designing and conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Ability to work in all levels of the organization – in product teams as well as leadership teams.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement.
• IT experience and knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies are advantageous.

Experience required:
Agile coach with 5 years of hands on experience as an Agile coach in Agile transformation initiatives and hands on experience as a Scrum master and/or Product owner.
Education required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Agile certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner) is a plus.
• Being a certified coach is an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. To develop and deliver ,detailed solutions through consulting project activities
2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions
3. To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution
4. To design,structure and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
5. To cultivate successful customer relationships
