Lead Consultant (Development) focused on core banking transformation programs. Designs, develops, and executes secure data migration flows using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data governance standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL workflows using Informatica (on-premise and cloud - IDMC) for large-scale data migration.
  • Implement scalable data integration jobs for extract, transform, cleanse, enrich, and load (ETL/ELT) processes.
  • Conduct data profiling to assess source data quality and identify anomalies.
  • Perform reconciliation and delta analysis between source and target systems.
  • Securely handle client-sensitive data in line with Swiss banking regulations (FIDLEG, MAR, GDPR) and internal policies.
  • Document ETL designs, data lineage, and support operational handover.
  • Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and testing cycles.

Krav

  • Minimum 7-10 years of ETL development experience in enterprise banking or financial services.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IDMC preferred).
  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2).
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, quality assessment, and reconciliation techniques.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in using Powerexchange to access Mainframe source system.
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, metadata management, and CDC (Change Data Capture) concepts.
  • Prior involvement in core banking migrations (e.g., to T24, FinSuite, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration with IDMC.
  • Basic knowledge of banking domains: client master, accounts, holdings, transactions, limits.
  • Awareness of Swiss regulatory requirements impacting data handling and reporting.
