We are looking for a Salesforce Experience Cloud Functional Consultant to design and implement digital experiences on the Salesforce platform. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, defining user journeys, and collaborating with stakeholders and developers in an Agile environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Design and develop new tools as per client requirements and customize existing tools.
- Lead the technical design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Determine the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations.
- Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate project management activities, including creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
- Support the professional growth and development of consulting team members through training and mentorship.
- Participate in design workshops to gather and finalize business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and map them to Experience Cloud solutions.
- Define user journeys, data models, and content integration requirements.
- Prepare functional requirements, specifications, and process documentation.
- Collaborate closely with developers and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Krav
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Experience in business analysis and functional documentation.
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in leading technical design and ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
