Lead design and configuration of Employee Central solutions.
Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
Manage organizational structure, position management, event reasons, and employee lifecycle processes.
Support global template design and localization requirements.
Lead data migration, validation, and deployment activities.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Design and configure Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, Rating Scales, and Competencies.
Lead annual performance review and goal-setting cycles.
Configure Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Calibration, and 360 Feedback processes.
Support performance transformation initiatives and process optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex PMGM configuration and process issues.
Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
Prepare Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Solution Design Documents.
Review business requirements and propose scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
Provide estimation, planning, and delivery governance for projects and enhancements.
Support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with technical teams on OData/API-based integrations.
Support reporting, analytics, and audit requirements.
Act as the functional lead for EC and PMGM workstreams.
Mentor junior consultants and offshore teams.
Engage with client HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Provide solution governance and best-practice recommendations.

Krav

8+ Years in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors
Minimum 5+ Years of Hands-on Experience in SuccessFactors EC and PMGM
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Strong expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
Experience with: Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Goal Management, Performance Forms, Calibration, Continuous Performance Management (CPM), 360 Reviews
SuccessFactors Integration Concepts
SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
OData APIs
Data Migration and Employee Data Imports
Reporting & Analytics
SAP HCM Integration Knowledge
Client-facing consulting experience.
Stakeholder and workshop management.
Delivery planning and estimation.
Team mentoring and leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
Experience in global SuccessFactors implementations.
Experience in AMS and support engagements.
Exposure to Compensation, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning modules.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing, Utilities, Consumer Goods, or Global Shared Services environments.
