HCLTech is looking for a Lead Consultant (Development) with 6-8 years of SAP VIM implementation experience to lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in the steel manufacturing sector. The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions, focusing on invoice automation and accounts payable optimization.

Ansvarsområden

Lead SAP VIM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements for invoice processing and accounts payable automation.
Configure invoice capture, approval workflows, exception handling, and document processing.
Integrate SAP VIM with SAP S/4HANA, MM, FI, Procurement, and Vendor Management processes.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
Support invoice processing for procurement of raw materials, coal, iron ore, alloys, maintenance spares, services, logistics, transportation, and plant operations.
Enable automation of high-volume vendor invoice processing across multiple steel manufacturing plants.
Improve compliance, audit readiness, and payment cycle efficiency.

Krav

6-8 years of SAP consulting experience with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP projects.
Experience implementing SAP VIM/OpenText solutions and working with SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
Expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, invoice automation, accounts payable optimization, document management, workflow design, and integration with SAP S/4HANA modules.
Experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementation projects, Brownfield conversions, Greenfield deployments, rollout programs, data migration, process harmonization, invoice workflow redesign, and operational transformation initiatives.
Leadership, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, customer focus, problem-solving skills, teamwork, mentoring capability, and project ownership.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Manufacturing or steel industry experience preferred.
SAP FI certification, SAP S/4HANA certification, or OpenText VIM certification preferred.
