I korthet

Provide L2/L3 production support for Tax, Compliance, Financial Reporting, and Data Analytics applications, troubleshooting complex issues and managing end-to-end tax operations. This role requires strong expertise in Tax Compliance, SQL, Workflow Automation, and Enterprise Application Support, with experience in ERP integrations like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

Ansvarsområden

Provide L2/L3 production support for Tax, Compliance, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Filing, and Data Analytics applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to tax determination, indirect tax calculations, corporate tax provisioning, compliance reporting, reconciliations, and financial data processing.
Support end-to-end tax operations including Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST, Corporate Income Tax, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions.
Monitor data integrations, ETL workflows, tax processing jobs, reporting activities, and application performance to ensure business continuity.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent resolution of recurring production incidents and data quality issues.
Manage application configurations, user access, security, deployments, environment administration, and release activities.
Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, and IT teams to support operational and regulatory requirements.
Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities while ensuring SLA compliance and audit readiness.

Krav

Strong expertise in Tax Compliance, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Tax Automation, Data Transformation, Exemption Certificate Management, Tax Reconciliation, SQL, Workflow Automation, and Enterprise Application Support.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting global Finance and Tax operations.
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Experience with Indirect & Direct Tax Processes.
Experience with Process Automation.
Experience with Data Analytics.
Experience with Global Tax Operations.
Experience with ITIL Processes.
Experience with Regulatory Compliance environments.
