Volvo Car Financial Services seeks a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to support sales and marketing teams with data analysis and reporting. This role involves developing reporting, statistical models, and fostering a data-driven culture using tools like Power BI and SQL.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage VCFS reporting module for key business objectives (sales volumes, finance penetration, market share, etc.).
  • Maintain technical data streams and APIs for reporting.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows for audit processes.
  • Collect, calibrate, and correct retailer inquiries regarding Volvo360.
  • Review, authorize, and automate VCFS sponsored bonus and incentive programs.
  • Audit, validate, and process VCFS Lease Pull Ahead inquiries.
  • Support remarketing portfolio with AutoVIN data to predict damage trends.
  • Monitor and prepare sales penetration metrics for assurance products and incentives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Microsoft Power BI data visualization platform.
  • Provide presentation materials for management team meetings.
  • Act as internal support for VCFS Market Managers with business development tools and ad-hoc reporting.

Krav

  • BA/BS in Data Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of working experience in Enterprise data at scale, Business Intelligence, and Analytics.
  • Data analytics experience utilizing Expert Excel, SQL, Toad, and API Interactions.
  • Data visualization dashboard development in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Business acumen accustomed to translating data analytics into directional presentations or findings to Executive Management.
  • Ability to develop data-driven insights through internal data sets while connecting external, public data.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Python or R language looked-for.
  • Experience in financial services and automotive sectors are highly desirable.
