HCLTech seeks a Lead Business Analyst in Gurugram to support customer advocacy by analyzing and documenting customer needs. The role involves eliciting requirements, creating project plans, writing user stories, and supporting UAT within an Agile environment.

Ansvarsområden

Support the bank to achieve customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding customer needs.
Analyse, refine, synthesise, and translate customer needs into documented requirements for stakeholders.
Capture, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Create project plans to manage delivery.
Articulate benefits case for prioritization.
Write user stories and epics as required.
Support platform and feature teams in executing UAT.

Krav

Proven application of business analysis tools and techniques.
Good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies.
Experience of working within an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management.
Strong analytical skills to decompose complex requirements.
Guide product owners to simplify requirements.
Assist designers in achieving requirement simplification.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Appropriate business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE or CBAP is desirable.
