We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Data Analysis and Agile methodology to join our team. The role involves acting as a liaison for archival projects, managing requirements, and ensuring GxP compliance. Prior experience with OpenText/Content Manager and data transformation technologies is beneficial.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a functional and technical liaison between cross-functional teams for project execution.
  • Lead archival projects, including requirements documentation and managing the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and revise user requirements, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Document 'as is' and develop 'to be' states for business processes.
  • Ensure GxP compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress.

Krav

  • Knowledge of archiving platforms like OpenText/Content Manager.
  • Strong expertise in data transformation technologies.
  • Experience in determining, documenting, and tracking requirements and changes to business processes.
  • Knowledge of data archival processes and data management tools.
  • Ability to learn technical details of archival implementation.
  • Good oral and written communication, listening, and facilitation skills.
  • Solid PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of the Pharma/Biotech industry is preferred.
  • Good documentation skills, GxP documentation skills preferred.
