  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and tools.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.

Krav

  • Proficiency in business process modelling tools such as bpmn, visio, or aris.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members.
  • Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end process implementation.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
