Accenture Song is seeking a Lead AI Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end customer-focused data and AI solutions, including generative AI and agentic AI systems. This role involves technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, scalable, and value-driven AI products.
Ansvarsområden
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI, generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions across the customer lifecycle.
- Define technical architecture for customer-focused AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and alignment to business objectives.
- Lead the design of AI platforms and applications, integrating machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI capabilities with enterprise systems.
- Make key architectural decisions covering technology selection, integration patterns, build-versus-buy, security, governance, performance, and operational support.
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, providing technical direction from concept through to production deployment and optimisation.
- Design solutions meeting responsible AI, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish technical standards and best practices, coaching teams to develop capability.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, leading architectural discussions and communicating complex technical concepts.
- Support business development by shaping solution approaches, proposals, estimates, and technical roadmaps.
Krav
- Production GenAI experience, including operating, monitoring, and evolving AI systems at scale.
- Customer domain expertise, applying AI to customer growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales, or service challenges.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic systems, and enterprise-scale AI deployment patterns.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, data architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise data into AI solutions, including data modelling, ingestion pipelines, governance, security, and data quality.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and accountability for architectural decisions and delivery outcomes.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, communicating effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Experience designing trustworthy, secure, and compliant AI solutions, understanding Responsible AI, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience coaching and developing engineers, data scientists, or architects.
