Ansvarsområden
- Lead and manage business analysis activities within the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Develop detailed project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Utilize agile methodologies to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis
Krav
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or regulatory-driven environments
- Strong understanding and experience in technology for Corporate Bank product and services including cash management, trade finance, treasury, and lending solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think abstractly and conceptualize complex process flows and/or requirements whilst demonstrating ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking along with quick decision making are required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
