We are seeking a Lead Administrator (Support & Operations) to manage application packaging, configuration, and deployment. This role requires strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBS, and batch, along with experience in tools like SCCM and Intune. You will also be responsible for ITIL adherence, incident management, and mentoring junior team members.

Ansvarsområden

  • Package, configure, and deploy enterprise applications using industry-standard packaging technologies.
  • Configure and customize applications to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Manage application lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, upgrades, and release management.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot deployment or runtime issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain installation scripts, automation workflows, and deployment packages.
  • Integrate applications using APIs and automation tools where required.
  • Maintain documentation for application packages, configuration changes, deployment procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compatibility of packaged applications across supported operating systems and enterprise environments.
  • Participate actively in technical discussions and contribute solutions to complex application packaging challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members and share best practices.
  • Work independently while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application packaging and deployment processes.
  • Champion ITIL, security, and data privacy to offer high-quality, well-documented solutions, minimizing risks and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
  • Work on value adding activities such as maintenance of a comprehensive Knowledge base, act as a mentor to junior analysts, and deliver training programs for freshers, equipping them with essential skills to become productive.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores by providing fast, accurate, and secure resolutions, fostering customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities to protect customer data and prevent security incidents.
  • Window Server Administration in Data Center.
  • Patching via WSUS or configuration management tools SCCM / Manage Engine.

Krav

  • Strong experience in Application Packaging using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), AdminStudio, InstallShield, Advanced Installer, or PSAppDeployToolkit.
  • 5+ years of IT experience in Application packaging (Windows Installer) using packaging tools like Wise Package Studio, Install Shield, PACE etc.
  • Specialization in Windows Installer Technology, SCCM and Windows Application Integration/Maintenance.
  • Responsible for packaging applications including: MSI/MSP/MSM/MST Creation, ICE Validation, Conflict Analysis and Unit testing.
  • Very experienced in creating installations from scratch, not just re-packaging, through entire lifecycle from gathering requirements to delivery.
  • Must Work consistently to a very high standard even under high-pressure situations, meeting deadlines with a commitment to customer service.
  • Highly experienced in Application Packaging including Diagnostic Tools like Regmon, Filemon, Beyond Compare, Picture Taker, Dependency Walker, Install Rite etc.
  • Auto Assessment using compatibility test tools for Windows transformation projects.
  • Very good scripting skills in vbs,Wise Script and batch scripting.
  • Proficient PowerShell Scripting /.NET Programming.
  • Window Server Administration in Data Center.
  • Patching via WSUS or configuration management tools SCCM / Manage Engine.
