We are seeking a Lead Administrator with expertise in application packaging, repackaging, and automation for Windows desktop software. This role requires strong skills in Flexera Admin Studio, AppV, Intune packaging, and scripting languages like PowerShell and VBScript. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Service Now/Remedy tools, SCCM/Intune deployment, and managing application lifecycles.

Ansvarsområden

Expertise in Application packaging, Application repackaging and automating software installations for Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies.
Hands on experience in Flexera Admin studio / Wise Package Studio, AppV 5.x and any other repackaging tools.
Excellent working knowledge in Intune packaging and troubleshooting activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and support the team.
Use and understand scripting languages such as VBScript, PowerShell, PSADT, Batch Script, Wise Script and guide team members.
Hands on experience in Service Now/Remedy tools for application life cycle management.
Hands on experience in handling MSIX and AppX packages and perform POC.
Excellent experience in SCCM/Intune deployment activities.
End-to-end visibility of Application Life Cycle Management and associated processes, including Application Portfolio Management.
Experience on MAC Packaging is an added advantage.
Knowledge or experience on Automation of Packaging process/technology.
Communicate effectively with IT and non-IT staff.
Produce clear technical documentation of packaging projects.
Perform Quality Analysis for the team and provide innovative solutions to reduce cycle time.
Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Quickly understand new technologies, perform POC and train the team.
Hands on experience in Transition/Transformation projects and their life cycle management.
Manage the team and team conflicts.

Krav
