Ansvarsområden
- Develop and optimize warehousing and transportation solutions across sea, land, and air networks.
- Lead capacity planning, load optimization, delivery planning, order fulfillment, and inventory support.
- Monitor cost, quality, service, and performance KPIs, and drive improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Govern distribution processes, logistics tools, transport management systems, and contingency planning.
- Develop warehouse and distribution strategies, business cases, risk assessments, and implementation programs.
- Ensure compliant handling of electronic waste, packaging, batteries, dangerous goods, and obsolete materials.
- Support trade, customs, safety, legal, quality, finance, audit, and environmental requirements.
- Lead logistics service provider governance, quarterly business reviews, audits, benchmarking, SWOT analyses, and supplier development.
- Coordinate warehouse teams and material handlers, and support effective day-to-day execution.
- Deliver training on logistics tools, systems, safety, dangerous goods, and ways of working.
- Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across the distribution management network.
Krav
- Experience in distribution, warehouse management, logistics planning, or end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Experience developing logistics solutions across local, regional, or global networks.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, warehouse operations, capacity management, and delivery execution.
- Experience managing logistics service providers, performance, audits, or supplier development.
- Ability to use cost and performance data to identify risks and deliver practical improvements.
- Familiarity with transport management systems and logistics planning tools.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety, dangerous goods, waste management, trade, or customs requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and training skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
