EF is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement comprehensive learning programs that enhance employee capabilities. This role will focus on creating structured learning paths, developing cross-functional training initiatives, and leveraging digital technologies and AI to scale learning programs.
Ansvarsområden
- Design and implement structured learning programs for new hires across various functions, including creating evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop cross-functional training materials that enable skill development and knowledge transfer.
- Utilize digital tools and AI technologies to create and maintain up-to-date learning content.
- Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate program success and participant progress.
- Collaborate with global learning teams to align initiatives and share best practices.
- Implement gamification strategies to increase engagement and participation in learning initiatives.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations and E-Commerce related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Learning and development, Corporate training.
- Experience in creation of Training content and modules.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with AI-powered learning tools and content creation.
- Knowledge of gamification principles in learning and development.
- Experience in developing metrics and tracking program effectiveness.
