I korthet

Transcom is seeking an L&D Content Developer to design and create engaging training materials, including instructor-led and interactive online courses with multimedia and gamification. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in learning material development, and proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and develop instructor-led and interactive online courses with multimedia content and gamified elements.
  • Determine appropriate training strategies and media.
  • Conduct project scoping and training needs analysis.
  • Identify and write business, performance, and learning objectives.
  • Design training programs, mapping out content outlines and selecting methodologies.
  • Conduct research and synthesize information from various sources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy.
  • Develop facilitator's guides, participant's guides, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Design and develop objective tests and skill tests.
  • Plan and execute training evaluation methods to measure job transfer.
  • Participate in review sessions with management and clients.
  • Revise training programs based on feedback and recommendations.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Develop highly-interactive and gamified eLearning courses for desktops and mobile devices.
  • Develop storyboards for eLearning prototypes.
  • Design the look-and-feel, user interface, and learner interactions of eLearning courses.
  • Create animations, navigation schemes, and multimedia content.
  • Conduct user acceptability tests.
  • Publish online courses using SCORM and Non-SCORM standards.
  • Support facilitation of L&D programs and workshops.
  • Complete administrative tasks including productivity trackers, end-of-week reports, and project status updates.
  • Attend meetings for organizational updates and necessary trainings.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education or Psychology
  • At least 2 years experience in designing and developing learning materials, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Managed related tasks and projects in a Training context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office 2007 or later
  • Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
  • Must have a professional portfolio of published work
  • Must be familiar with the latest trends and research in learning and development and instructional design
  • Flexible, able to adapt to changes in plans rapidly and effectively.
  • High attention to detail, able to easily adjust to immediate plan modifications.
  • Open to feedback and criticism
  • Sensitive to deadlines and willing to work long hours and commit to delivery time
  • Strong desire to be part of a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certifications in Training, Instructional Design, and Using Web Based Training Tools (Preferred)
  • Working experience with an LMS preferred
  • Knowledge of image manipulation and audio-video editing preferred
