Tetra Pak is seeking a dedicated Laminator Extrusion Operator for a 12-hour overnight shift in Denton, Texas. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining lamination equipment, ensuring quality standards, and participating in WCM team activities. The ideal candidate has 6 months of manufacturing experience and basic maintenance skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Stage, load, and prepare paper and foil rolls at the laminator.
  • Support the crew during machine downtime (setups, breakdowns, etc.).
  • Perform quality inspections using automated equipment and maintain logs.
  • Report any anomalies impacting quality and comply with client specifications.
  • Participate in WCM team activities and Autonomous Maintenance teams.
  • Follow AM methodology to improve machine reliability, quality, and efficiency.
  • Prevent waste generation by adhering to lamination procedures.

Krav

  • 6 months of experience in production/manufacturing or machine operation.
  • Basic machine maintenance skills.
  • Quality inspection and machine systems handling skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic reading comprehension.
  • Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, SOPs, and WCM processes.
