This entry-level Analyst role supports business performance, portal performance, customer experience, and user engagement through data maintenance, report preparation, and quality monitoring. The position involves assisting with portal testing, deployment, and AI integrations, collaborating with team members to share updates and escalate issues.
Ansvarsområden
- Support implementation of Business Performance Framework activities.
- Assist with maintaining regional KPIs, scorecards, and KPI data.
- Support analysis of customer behavior, portal usage data, and user engagement.
- Collect and review standard business, performance, and portal data to identify basic trends.
- Escalate findings, data discrepancies, risks, questions, or improvement opportunities.
- Help monitor portal transactions, volume, completion, turnaround times, backlog metrics, and process/system indicators.
- Support creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports, including Power BI, using established templates.
- Perform routine data validation, checks, and reporting activities.
- Prepare routine performance summaries and updates.
- Assist in tracking improvement initiatives and documenting performance impact.
- Perform routine portal testing and checks using defined scripts.
- Document defects or issues and escalate findings.
- Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data by performing routine updates and checks.
- Share basic performance updates and information with team members and stakeholders.
- Assist with handling customer inquiries and feedback.
- Support collection and organization of digital experience feedback.
- Support enterprise portal deployment activities and PunchOut catalog deployment.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree
- No previous professional experience required
- +1 year of experience working with Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow automation tools
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Advanced English is required
