Ansvarsområden
- Plan and design kitchens for customers, including initial and follow-up appointments.
- Provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations.
- Engage with customers to identify needs, inspire, and advise on suitable home solutions.
- Support sales by ensuring the kitchen area is clean, well-presented, and easy to shop.
- Respond to customer emails, and secure payments both in-store and remotely.
- Communicate with customers via email, text, and calls throughout the planning and purchase process.
- Support the overall customer shopping experience in the Kitchens Department by completing other tasks as needed.
- Ensure products are available, priced correctly, and support kitchen inquiries.
Krav
