Alfa Laval seeks a Key User Sourcing in Pune to become the D365 expert for the Sourcing function. This role involves understanding and bridging knowledge gaps in existing processes, supporting site roll-outs, defining business scenarios, and driving data cleansing and extraction from legacy systems. The position requires strong communication, technical proficiency, and at least 5 years of experience in sourcing processes.

Ansvarsområden

  • Become the factory's D365 expert for the Sourcing function.
  • Understand track processes and ensure local processes fit global processes.
  • Be hands-on in site roll-outs and define/test business scenarios.
  • Support and train local users in D365.
  • Drive local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex).
  • Extract and ensure coherence of data extracts.
  • Act as a super-user and point of contact after go-live.
  • Coordinate track activities across sites and govern new processes.
  • Serve as an interface to the Local Steering Committee.
  • Own business/sourcing process scenarios and ensure local processes fit OneERP Standard and legal requirements.
  • Support end-users in change management.
  • Responsible for process/function benefit realization post roll-out.

Krav

  • Deep understanding of business processes and best practice in the Sourcing functional area.
  • Ability to train and guide others, bridging gaps between D365 experts and end-users.
  • Advocate for D365, influence colleagues positively, analyze problems, and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in using D365 and be a first-level support.
  • Fairly IT proficient.
  • Desire for continuous improvement of the solution locally.
  • Attention to detail for configuring system settings, defining security roles, and testing functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, methodologies, and tools with 5+ years of experience.
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and tools.
  • Confident communicator who can train local staff effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination.
  • Strong Functional Experience in leading and managing operational procurement activities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to small/medium/large scale program implementation is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and understanding of driving and managing organizational change related to IT transformation.
  • Awareness or exposure to D 365 or any other ERP implementation will be preferred.
