Position: Key user Deliver DC Pune (D365)

Main purpose of the job / Mission:

Key user for the PDL DC solution area (including ERP, WMS, Planning and SRM system), support central team with detailed process knowledge and communicate/train new functionality to DC network.

Execution of daily Order Handler tasks

Key tasks as Key User:

General

• Participate in process reviews
• Provide input for potential process improvements
• Support in change management

Implementation/ Roll-out phase

• Support central project team in the development of the PDL template processes
• Explain business requirements and provide business scenarios
• Provide detailed process knowledge and local or legal requirements to the central team
• Participate in system/process trainings
• Plan, prepare and execute end user training

After going live

• Be responsible for communicating and train local users in new functionality or process changes
• Help with providing test cases and execute testing of new functionality when needed
• First point of contact to support DC end-user
• Raise, prioritize change requests in alignment with central teams and other DCs

Key task for Order Handler Team member:

• Manual Customer order entry.
• Facilitate all customer order changes including returns and cancellations.
• Provide updates on order status.
• Obtain and facilitate shipping instructions.
• Obtain and provide standard order and shipping documentation.
