Alfa Laval is seeking a Key User for Configured Orders in D365, based in Pune. This full-time, on-site role involves designing and supporting ERP processes for order-to-cash, service operations, and inventory management. Responsibilities include data cleansing, process mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and training end-users.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct detailed review and cleansing of existing master data.
Map existing order-to-cash processes, including service operations, inventory management, and service center order execution.
Design ERP processes for parts inventory, planning, procurement, and service center job execution.
Support integration of existing system tools with the ERP.
Design ERP processes for order processing, pricing, discounts, taxes, and contract terms.
Design the process for customer account creation in the ERP.
Execute cutover order migration tasks and reconcile order records.
Participate in go-live activities, processing orders, monitoring queues, and escalating issues.
Execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) for order-related scenarios and document outcomes.
Verify end-to-end order flows during test cycles.
Investigate and resolve order exceptions or escalate to relevant teams.
Validate key master data used by orders and report discrepancies.
Perform periodic reconciliations between legacy systems, spreadsheets, and the ERP.
Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve order-related gaps.
Provide clear status updates and contribute to cutover runbooks and SOPs.
Document order processing procedures, known issues, and step-by-step guides.
Train end users on order-entry best practices and system changes during hypercare.
Enter and validate customer/sales/service orders in the new ERP.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3-6+ years of relevant experience in Order Handling.
Hands-on experience across ERP domains.
