Ansvarsområden
- Monitor and control backlog to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Lead communication with internal/external stakeholders and manage customer issue resolution.
- Build long-term customer relationships to improve processes.
- Communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure accounts align with contracts and manage claims.
- Lead continuous improvement processes for partnership optimization.
- Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned.
- Coordinate post-sales and customer claims management.
- Provide solutions for customer requests and oversee coordination with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with customers to collect forecasts and coordinate internally.
- Ensure finance processes are executed properly.
- Execute account according to KPIs, maintain reports, and follow up on actions.
- Visit ABB feeder factories and customer factories, attend QBRs, and prepare executive summaries.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, planning, operations, and customer service.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Availability to travel to the United States.
