Vattenfall Eldistribution is seeking a Legal Operations Support specialist in Trollhättan to provide expert legal advice on permitting and land access. This role involves supporting the entire organization in complex legal questions and contributing to the energy transition.
Ansvarsområden
- Support and advise in legal matters within the unit
- Be primarily responsible for legal advice within the unit
- Monitor and influence the development of concession and land access case processing
- Participate in external collaboration forums, including with authorities
- Contribute to legal environmental scanning within the unit's mission
- Negotiate cooperation agreements with municipalities and other landowners
- Act as a referral body during the development of new and changed contract templates within the unit's scope
Krav
- Several years of experience working with legal issues related to land access, cadastral proceedings, property formation, or land and development issues
- Academic degree in law, surveying, or equivalent area
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Hold a Class B driver's license
